1. Using Wander
These terms apply to Wander's website and mobile app. By using Wander, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Wander helps you discover places, browse maps, and organize saved places; it does not provide bookings or operate the places shown.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Google and Apple sign-in are also subject to those providers' terms.
3. Acceptable use
Use Wander lawfully and respect other people and third-party rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, misuse another person's account, or extract or redistribute place content in violation of its provider's terms.
4. Place information and third-party services
Place information, maps, photos, ratings, and reviews are supplied by Google Maps. Hours, prices, availability, and other details can change. Check important details directly with a venue before visiting. A listing or rating is not an endorsement or a guarantee of quality, accessibility, or safety.
Google Maps features are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Your saved places
You can save places and create collections for your own use. Saving a place does not give you ownership of its photos, reviews, or other third-party material. Respect the applicable rights and attribution requirements.
6. Privacy and account deletion
See our Privacy Policy for information about account data and optional location access. You may log out or request account deletion from Profile. Confirming deletion removes your account, saved places, and collections from the app. If you cannot access your account, contact us using the email above.
7. Availability and changes
Wander relies on internet access and third-party services, so features may be interrupted or change. We may update these terms; the latest version and its update date will be available here. Please review them when you continue using the service.
8. Questions and your legal rights
